Conference registration fee for participating on site includes

Registration, Security Clearance and Refund Policy

To ensure the safety and security of all participants, the Baltic Defence College, as the organiser of the ISMS 2026 Conference, reserves the right to conduct a background check on all registered participants.

Participants whose registration cannot be approved following the background check will be informed within two weeks of registering. We therefore strongly recommend that participants do not make any non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until this two-week review period has elapsed.

If a registration is declined following the background check, any participation fee paid will be refunded in full.

Participants who are unable to attend for other reasons, such as visa-related issues, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, may also request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted to tiiu.taur@baltdefcol.org no later than 16 October 2026. Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks of the request being received.

Requests submitted after 16 October 2026 will be considered on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to the discretion of the conference organisers.
