The registration fee for EurBee 8 covers: Admittance to scientific sessions, Access to technical exhibition, Refreshments during breaks, Lunches, Welcome reception on Monday, Social event on Wednesday, Congress dinner on Thursday, Programme and online Abstract book.

The registration fee for Accompanying Person covers: Welcome reception on Tuesday, Social event on Wednesday and Congress Dinner on Thusday.

Congress Registration Terms and Conditions

Upon completion of your online registration you will receive a confirmation that we have received your registration. The invoice and confirmation will be sent to you by separate email. For additional information regarding your registration please send an email to: info@conferencemasters.eu.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the congress. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on-site or proof of payment. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted. American Express will not be accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 6 September 2024.
  

Cancellation of registration

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to
the Organizing Secretariat (Conference Masters) by email: info@congerencemasters.eu

The following cancellation fees will apply:

• Before 28 June 2024: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
• From 29 June to 15 August 2024: 50% refund
• As of 15 August 2018 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the meeting.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available to all attendees following the EurBee.  They will not be available at the meeting. Information will be provided via email to all attendees.

Liability and Insurance

Liability

In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the congress to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the meeting and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Belgium, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
