The conference is held at the Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn, Toompuiestee 27. It is located in the heart of the Tallinn, with easy access to many city center attractions, including old town, theaters, and restaurants, and only 10 minutes from Telliskivi Creative City with several small designer stores and studios, unique eating and drinking places, photo galleries, and a lot of street art (where also conference dinner will be held). Chic and contemporary, the hotel welcomes you with 465 tastefully decorated rooms that include tea and coffee supplies and air conditioning as well as water center and gym access.

Please include the information about the booking in e-mail: the wished room type, full names of guests and date of birth plus nationality.
Hotel sales department will then send You the further information about the booking.

Cut-off date for hotel booking and cancellation policy

Final cut-off date for hotel bookings is 31st May, 2025. Please book your room until this deadline.
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival – no charge.
