Many companies have no experience in taking part in fairs, even more companies have no experience in taking part in online fairs. The goal of this handbook is to give instructions to the exhibitor which are necessary to successfully take part in online fairs in particular. From the handbook, you will find a thorough overview of how to make participation in online fairs as beneficial for yourself as possible.

Developing fair concepts or virtual stand designs which meet the clients’ goals, conducting staff training or planning PR campaigns – this is all important and we will focus on it in the handbook. We also highlight several risk areas and repeat standard practices which are easy to forget. Working through this handbook helps you avoid mistakes caused by inexperience and to plan deadlines to ensure a successful presentation with measurable results.

The handbook is structured based on the logic of taking part in a fair – we start with planning the participation at the fair, continue with direct work at the fair and end with suggestions for work after the fair.

The guidelines are based on the practical experience of the OnlineExpo team in conducting fairs online as well as offline on an international level, with consideration for actual feedback received from exhibitors.
