Extend your Forum experience with the Social Dinner at UMA Restaurant. The Head Chefs of LP Hospitality (UMA, Lore, and Lee) present a one-night-only Estonian Food 2026 menu, served as a four-course dinner.

During the evening, Kerttu Tammik, founder of Soil Talks and Coordinator of the European Soil Mission (advocating soil health and regenerative food systems), will share a short introduction on how soil shapes food, farming, and wellbeing. Niels Peter Pretzmann, Danish-Lithuanian restaurateur and entrepreneur behind Farmers Circle and sustainable hospitality projects in Lithuania — including Michelin-recognized farm-to-table restaurants — will speak about connecting regenerative farming with culinary experience.
