Pärnu Spa Hopping: From Resort History to Spa Culture
Explore Pärnu as a historic resort town on this guided spa-hopping experience. Learn about Pärnu’s resort history, distinctive resort architecture, and wellness traditions such as mud bathing and spa culture.
We will visit Hedon SPA & Hotel (the former Mud Baths building) and Tervise Paradiis (the Estonia´s biggest water park, recently awarded as best family and spa hotel at the European Hotel Awards 2025), discovering how spa culture has shaped Pärnu’s identity from a 19th-century resort to a modern wellness destination.
This is a walking tour both indoors and outdoors – dress warmly, no bathing suits needed (although if you like the spas, we recommend visiting them later on).
