ETC Annual Meeting #11
Summer is a feeling, not a season!
The European Travel Commission’s 11th Annual Meeting will take place in Pärnu, Estonia. Held in February, it’s the perfect chance to experience Estonia’s famous “summer capital” in its off-season mood—and discover how this leading resort destination keeps the spa-and-coast magic going all year round.
*This event is open exclusively to ETC members and partners.
Dear ETC members
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to Pärnu — Estonia’s summer capital and one of the country’s most renowned spa destinations, home to eight well-known spas and a long-standing resort tradition.
The programme begins on Monday evening with a relaxed welcome drink at the iconic Ammende Villa, setting the tone for open dialogue and networking. Over the following days, participants will engage in a dynamic mix of joint and working group sessions, combining focused professional exchange with shared discussions among associate members and partners. In Pärnu’s winter setting, we explore future-ready tourism—building skills and shared thinking to help destinations stay resilient and ready for what’s next.
Mornings in Pärnu offer an energising start, including optional crisp (and possibly chilly!) seaside runs hosted by Olympic-level athletes, while the core programme unfolds through curated working sessions and joint meetings. Networking continues over lunches at Restaurant NOOT and during memorable evening events, including the Gala Dinner at the historic Rannahotell and a distinctive SPA party at the Estonian Resort Hotel & Spa.
The meeting concludes with a technical visit to Pärnu’s renowned spa facilities, offering insight into the town’s resort heritage and its evolution into a modern health and well-being destination.
Together, this programme reflects the spirit of collaboration, professional excellence and the unique atmosphere of Pärnu as a place where ideas are exchanged, partnerships are strengthened and future-ready thinking is put into practice—across research, marketing and sustainability.
On this website, you will find practical information to help you plan your participation, including details on designated event hotels, discount codes, travel information to Pärnu, and the detailed meeting programme, which will be updated continuously.
